This "giant" (approximately 10.4 meters in length, 3.3 meters in width, 7.4 meters in height, and weighing 51.3 tons) will shoulder the dual mission of recovering waste heat from high-temperature flue gas and protecting the system, providing customers with a one-stop solution for energy conservation and consumption reduction, ultra-low emissions, and cost optimization.

The aluminum power raw material dryer has seen a decline in efficiency and an increase in maintenance costs due to long-term operation, and urgently needs to be upgraded and renovated. The international technical team of Chenkai innovatively proposed a "in-situ replacement + thermal energy reuse" solution - utilizing half of the shell space of the original dryer to precisely arrange the new heat exchanger, achieving dual optimization of space and efficiency.
