The coiled tube heat exchanger not only has the outer shell material, but also the balance of compactness and efficiency of each layer of multiple strands.
Introduction: When the winds and waves of the Pacific Ocean forge an industrial legend When a journey of ten thousand nautical miles is etched on the crest of waves, when the salt spray of the Pacific Ocean tests the resilience of every inch of metal - what we bring is not just an industrial equipment, but an engineering commitment spanning the ocean. Today, the wound heat exchangers has officially arrived at the port of the United States, ready to meet the most demanding industrial challenges on the North American continent with impeccable performance.
Amid the national wave of fully promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the transportation industry, a new benchmark for aviation hubs that will lead the future is rising proudly. A key progress has been made in the zero-carbon renovation project of an international airport, in which Chenkai International has been deeply involved and provided core energy equipment. As the first zero-carbon airport project in the country, Chenkai International has provided tailor-made integrated heat exchange unit solutions for the zero-carbon comprehensive energy stations in the north and south areas of the airport, injecting green energy into this important air gateway with innovative technology.
Recently, the super-large flue gas heat exchanger independently developed by Chenkai International Trade Co., Ltd. was officially launched and set off for the site of the ultra-low emission renovation project of the calcination furnace flue gas of a certain aluminum and electricity company in Sweden! This "giant" (approximately 10.4 meters in length, 3.3 meters in width, 7.4 meters in height, and weighing 51.3 tons) will shoulder the dual mission of recovering waste heat from high-temperature flue gas and protecting the system, providing customers with a one-stop solution for energy conservation and consumption reduction, ultra-low emissions, and cost optimization.
Under the guidance of the national "dual carbon" strategic goals, green and low-carbon heating methods have become a new trend in urban development. Recently, the clean energy replacement project in India, with core heat exchange equipment provided by Chenkai International, has been put into operation and achieved remarkable results. This project successfully converted the local geothermal energy into a stable and reliable clean heat source, providing warmth to an area of approximately 2.02 million square meters in the western urban area. It achieved early and stable heating in early December, and the system is currently operating well.
